What this site collects
This website collects the information you choose to send through the enquiry form: your name, organisation, email address, the intent you select and the message you write. It is used to respond to your enquiry and for no other purpose.
What it does not do
This site does not run advertising trackers, does not sell or share enquiry data with third parties, and does not build behavioural profiles of visitors.
Retention
Enquiries are retained while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time by writing to hello@ethicalbrain.tech.
Client and engagement data
Data handled inside a client engagement is governed by the agreement for that engagement, including scope, residency and retention. It is not used to train shared models.
