The Lab · Next Systems
Where the next systems start.
The Lab is our research and incubation surface. Work here is early: some becomes a product, some becomes a pattern we reuse, and some is discontinued.
Active areas
Eight lines of enquiry.
Nothing on this page is a shipped product. Stages are stated so they cannot be mistaken for availability.
- 01
Agentic Work
RESEARCHNew interfaces for AI that can execute rather than merely answer. What does a work surface look like when the software arrives with the work already done?
- 02
Decision Infrastructure
INCUBATIONSystems that turn messy organisational context, documents, conversations, records, conventions, into decisions that can be defended.
- 03
AI Assurance
INCUBATIONContinuous evidence and validation infrastructure: evaluation that runs perpetually rather than as a pre-launch gate.
- 04
Vertical Intelligence
RESEARCHSpecialised operating systems for high-value industries, where domain structure and regulation make generic tooling insufficient.
- 05
Personal Intelligence
LAUNCHING SOONHuman performance, knowledge and wellbeing applications built on the same context-and-evidence architecture as our enterprise systems.
- 06
Regulated-Industry Assurance
INCUBATIONAssurance for sectors where an automated action must be defensible to a regulator: financial services, healthcare and public bodies, where the evidence standard is written down and enforced.
- 07
Supply Chain & Logistics Intelligence
RESEARCHOperational decisioning across supply, inventory and fulfilment, a domain where decisions are frequent, consequential and measurable within hours rather than quarters.
- 08
Energy & Sustainability Reporting
RESEARCHEvidence-grade measurement of consumption and emissions, built on the same traceability primitives as our trust layer rather than on estimates and spreadsheets.
Categories we intend to cover next
Where the architecture goes next, stated as intent.
Directions of travel, not commitments, dates or announcements.
01
NextRegulated-industry assurance
Assurance tuned to sectors where an action must be defensible to a regulator, not only to a manager: financial services, healthcare and public bodies first.
02
NextSupply chain & logistics intelligence
Operational decisioning across supply, inventory and fulfilment, where the cost of a late or wrong decision is measurable the same day.
03
ExploringEnergy & sustainability reporting
Evidence-grade measurement and reporting for consumption and emissions, built on the same traceability model as our trust layer.
04
ExploringWorkforce & capability intelligence
Understanding how work and skill actually move through an organisation, as the counterpart to automating the work itself.
How the Lab works
From question to system.
01
Question
A concrete question about work that AI could plausibly take over, framed narrowly enough to be answered.
02
Probe
A small, disposable build that tests the hardest assumption first, usually context or control, rarely the model.
03
Pattern
What survives becomes an architecture pattern in our reference stack, whether or not it becomes a product.
04
System
Where the value case and the control story are both strong, the work graduates into a named system with a status.
Partnerships
We co-build with operators who know a domain better than we do.
The thesis
The next generation of software will not wait to be asked. It will understand, decide, act, and prove what it did.
We’re building that generation from Dubai’s DIFC, for organisations that have to answer for what their systems do.
