Careers
Build software that is accountable for what it does.
We hire slowly and in small numbers. What we look for is unusual: people who find the evidence layer as interesting as the intelligence layer.
01How we work
The shape of the company.
01
Small teams, whole systems
A system is owned end to end by a small group: model behaviour, product surface, operational evidence and the outcome it moves. No throwing work over a wall between research and production.
02
Production is the point
We measure ourselves on what runs, not what demos. The people who thrive here would rather ship a narrow loop that acts safely than a broad prototype that impresses.
03
Evidence as a craft
We treat traceability, evaluation and reversibility as engineering disciplines with the same seniority as modelling and interface work.
04
Operators welcome
Not every seat is an engineering seat. People who have run revenue, operations, risk or clinical processes at scale help us decide what a system should be allowed to do.
02Where we look
The kinds of people we want to meet.
We keep an open conversation rather than a job board. If one of these describes you, write to us with something you have actually shipped or operated.
- 01
Applied AI engineers
Decision loops, evaluation harnesses, agent orchestration
- 02
Product engineers
Interfaces where humans grant, review and revoke autonomy
- 03
Assurance engineers
Traceability, policy enforcement, incident forensics
- 04
Domain operators
Revenue, operations, governance and clinical process depth
The thesis
The next generation of software will not wait to be asked. It will understand, decide, act, and prove what it did.
We’re building that generation from Dubai’s DIFC, for organisations that have to answer for what their systems do.
